How do I personalize my items?

After adding your item(s) to the cart a pop up will appear. This is where you will include the personalization information, the need by date, along with any other special instructions.

Will I receive a Proof of my order?

We strive for perfection and will send a proof before we start your order. Once approved you will not be able to make changes, and will assume responsibility if an said information is incorrect. If proof is approved and engraved with incorrect information the said party will be responsible for funding the new production. Failure to approve your proof could cause delays in shipping. Our normal turnaround time is 5-10 business days, this does not including shipping. Rush options are available upon request.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. All sales are final, however if your item is damaged in transit we will be happy to replace. We do request you provide a photo of the damaged item and the box it was delivered in. Please send this to whboutiquellc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Items requested after this time frame will not be eligible for replacement. 

Local Pick Up

In the Oklahoma City metro area? We are located in NW OKC if you would like to set up a time to pick your order up in person.

When selecting the shipping option there is one for LOCAL PICK UP. This is only if you are physically able to pick your order up in NW OKC. If you are unable to we can send you an invoice for shipping.

How can I RUSH my order?

Please contact us before making your purchase. We will do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time. Details will be discussed via email.

I live in the OKC metro area, can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped? 

Absolutely! In the Oklahoma City metro area? We are located in NW OKC if you would like to set up a time to pick your order up in person. When selecting the shipping option there is one for LOCAL PICK UP. This is only if you are physically able to pick your order up in NW OKC. If you are unable to we can send you an invoice for shipping. Pick up days are on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Weekend pick ups are my appointment only.
