  • After adding your desired item(s) to your cart, a pop-up will appear where you can enter your personalization details, specify your need-by date, and include any special instructions.

  • Generally, we require 2-3 weeks to complete your order. However, if you need your items sooner, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • If you are in the Oklahoma City metro area, you can arrange to pick up your order in person from our location in NW OKC. When selecting your shipping option, please choose “LOCAL PICK UP” if you plan to collect your order. If you are unable to pick it up, we can send you an invoice for shipping. Pickup is available on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with weekend pickups by appointment only. Please note we will only keep your order for 30 days.

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final. However, if your item is damaged during transit, we will gladly replace it. Please provide a photo of the damaged item and the shipping box within 7 days of delivery to whboutiquellc@gmail.com. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be eligible for replacement.

  • Yes! We offer bulk discounts and wholesale pricing. Please reach out to us for more information.
